Adella M. Korf

Birch Run, MI

Passed away peacefully with family by her side Sunday, May 31, 2020 at her home; age 73 years. Adella Terpening was born on October 6, 1946 in Brown City, MI to the late Adelbert and Arlene Terpening. She was married to Ronald Korf on June 23, 1984 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Flint, MI; he survives her. She worked in childcare most recently with St. Lorenz Lutheran School. Adella was a member of St. Lorenz Lutheran Church, she enjoyed gardening flowers and had a passion for photography and painting. Adella enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Surviving besides her husband Ronald are: her 3 children Lisa Bredwell of Thonotosassa, FL, Gregory (Annie) Korf of Freeland, MI, Christina (Nathaniel) Kaiser of Bay City, MI; grandchildren Kagan Goulding, Tyler Bredwell, Peyton Bredwell, Caleb Korf, and Emerson Kaiser; brother and sisters Stella Pepper, Gordon (Lillian) Terpening, and Joyce (Garth) Hazzard.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions a private family service will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2020. Service will be broadcast on the St. Lorenz website. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or St. Lorenz Lutheran School.
