Bonnie J. Campbell

Passed away Saturday, October 31, 2026 at Covenant Glen; age 83 years. Bonnie Banaszek was born on February 5, 1943 in Saginaw, MI to the late Walter and Stella Banaszek. She was married to Thomas Campbell on February 14, 1969; he predeceased her on February 26, 2014. Bonnie graduated from the University of Michigan; she earned her master’s degree from Central Michigan University. She was a teacher at Carrollton High School until her retirement. Bonnie and her husband Tom owned The Curiosity Shop in Frankenmuth. They were members of St. John’s Lutheran Church. Bonnie loved her 5 cats.

Surviving are close friends Stan and Tammy Quirin and family, and Chuck and Judy Nemec.

Besides her husband Tom, Bonnie was preceded in death by her sister Betty Banaszek.

Memorial services will take place Saturday, December 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 1200 E. Genesee, Frankenmuth, MI. Rev Matt Molstad will officiate. Cremation has taken place. Friends may visit at the church on December 5th from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
