Bonnie J. Trinklein

Passed away peacefully in her sleep, on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at her home; age 87 years. Bonnie Wojtalik was born on December 16, 1935, in Vassar, MI to the late Walter and Jennie Wojtalik. She was married to Ernst "Mickey" Trinklein on June 29, 1957. He predeceased her on June 9, 1993. Bonnie was employed by AIS, GM, and Universal Engineering. Her latest job was at Winter Village in Frankenmuth. Bonnie was a member of St. Lorenz Lutheran Church and the American Legion Aux. She enjoyed arts and crafts, bowling, reading, scrapbooking, and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Surviving are two children Michelle (Matthew) Eastman of Saginaw, MI, Gary (Dark Hoffman) Trinklein of Frankenmuth; grandchildren Nicole Eastman, Tiffany (Danny) Schmitz, great grandchildren David Lyons Jr., Matthew Schmitz, Hailey and Amelia Schmitz.

Besides her husband Mickey, Bonnie was preceded in death by one great granddaughter Maddison Schmitz.

Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth 590 N. Franklin, Frankenmuth, Michigan. Bonnie's family will receive visitors from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to First Hospice or a charity of donor's choice.
