Charles R. Juras

Reese, MI

Passed away peacefully Sunday, April 29, 2018 with family by his side; age 91years.  Charles was born on September 27, 1926 in Saginaw, MI to the late Charles and Mary Juras.   He was married to Theresa Delorme on November 22, 1947, she survives him. Charles was employed by General Motors until his retirement.  He was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, the American Legion Post 229, and the Frankenmuth Conservation Club.

Surviving besides his wife Theresa are; 2 sons, Raymond (Coral) Juras of TN, Ronald (Robin) Juras of Bridgeport, MI; 1 daughter Rita (Tom) Knight of DeWitt, MI; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 brothers-in-law, James (Sharon) Delorme and Patrick Delorme.

Charles was preceded in death by a sister, Anna (Wm) Baker.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 3, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 958 E. Tuscola Rd., Frankenmuth, Michigan.  Fr. Robert Byrne will officiate with burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.  Charles's family will receive visitors at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin St. on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. There will be a Vigil Service on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to American Legion Post 229 or Blessed Trinity Catholic Church.
