Passed away unexpectedly Sunday, October 18, 2020 at home; age 34 years.  Dan was born on April 13, 1986 in Saginaw, MI to Chris Stockwell and Jill Leto.  He was married to Hanna Diep on August 5, 2018; she survives him.  Dan graduated from Frankenmuth High School in 2004, he later attended college at the University of Michigan.  He was a sports fan and very passionate about U of M football.  Dan was a manager at Brooks Brothers and was always up on the latest trends.  He had 4 special dogs Tom, Bo, Lucky and Sophia and a special cat Mia.

Surviving besides his wife Hanna are his parents Jill Leto, Chris Stockwell and step father Ed Leto all from Frankenmuth, 2 brothers Nicholas and Andrew Stockwell; grandparents Duane (Darlene) Gerstenberger and Bruce (Linda) Stockwell; step siblings Jacqui (Travis) Bailey, Eddie (Carmen) Leto, Chris Leto and Julie (Christian) Cousar; several aunts and uncles, also survived by sister-in-law and brother-in-law Ngoc and Robert DeRocher; nephews Hunter and Brendan; niece Tia Tran and several other nieces and nephews.

Dan was preceded in death by his grandmother Patricia Stockwell.

Dan's family will receive visitors on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin Street from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.  Due to COVID 19 a private family service will take place at 1:00 p.m., where the service can be viewed at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth's Facebook page. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Humane Society of Mid-Michigan or the NAMI, National Alliance for Mental Illness.
