Passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at Covenant Glen of Frankenmuth; age 87 years. Esther Paulina Maria Weber was born on May 12, 1934 in Glenview, IL to the late Frederick C. L. and Selma (Bierlein) Weber. She was married to Stuart J. G. Reinbold on May 12, 1956 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Frankentrost, MI. He predeceased her on April 5, 1999.
Esther was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Glenview, IL. Her confirmation text was John 3:16 – "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." She was a former Walther League member at both Immanuel Lutheran Church in Glenview, IL and in Frankentrost, MI. She was a member of the Christian Care Committee, Bible Class, and the Adult Choir at Immanuel. Esther was also a greeter for their Living Nativity. She was a sponsor to Dennis Kinast, Randy Moore, Lori (Weber) Trumble, and Holly (Reinbold) Mahan.
Surviving are her children Jeffrey (Terry) Reinbold, Duane (Jo Dee) Reinbold, Nathan (Linda) Reinbold, Karen (Charles) Rees, and Gail (Thomas) Frahm; grandchildren Ryan Reinbold, Stephanie (Craig) Lemmon, Danielle (Greg) Goss, Leah (Erik) Palm, Jason, Joshua, Nichole, Zachary, and Jacob Reinbold, Rachel (Joshua) Ehlert, Renee, Ashley, Michael, and Keri Frahm; great grandchildren Neveyah, Wynter, and Hadley Lemmon, Norah, Emma, and Lewis Palm, Eli Goss, and Cora Ehlert; and sisters-in-law Marilyn Weber, Vivian Reinbold, and Edna Reinbold.
Besides her parents and husband, Esther was predeceased by her siblings Walter Weber, Loretta (Richard) Moore, Hildegard (Leroy) Kinast, and Albert (Marion) Weber.
Funeral services will take place on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church of Frankentrost, 8220 Holland Rd., Saginaw, MI. Rev. Mark Loest will officiate with burial in Immanuel St. John's Cemetery of Frankentrost. Esther's family will receive visitors at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin St. on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Immanuel Lutheran Church Frankentrost Park Hall Fund.
