Evelyn Erndt

Went home with her Lord peacefully Wednesday, September 30, 2020, age 97 years. Evelyn Rogner was born on September 16, 1923 in Bridgeport, MI to the late Erwin and Edna Rogner. She was married to Max Erndt on October 25, 1941; he predeceased her on January 7, 1995. Evelyn was a lifelong member of St. Lorenz Lutheran Church and had a very strong faith.

Surviving are 2 daughters Betty and Marilyn (Jeff) Napolitano; grandchildren Amy, Jeffrey and Angela Napolitano; sister-in-law Mildred Rogner; and many extended family members who loved her and considered her Grandma Erndt.

Evelyn was preceded in death by a son Frederick Erndt and brother Arno Rogner.

Funeral Service will take place on Monday, October 5, 2020, 11:00 a.m. at St. Lorenz Lutheran Church, 1030 W. Tuscola, Frankenmuth, Michigan. Rev. Mark Brandt will officiate. Evelyn's family will receive visitors at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. The family would like to give special thanks to Heartland Hospice for the wonderful care Evelyn received.
