Frank J. Francetic Sr.

Frankenmuth, MI (formerly of Saginaw/Chesaning)

Passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019. Frank was born on January 13, 1931 to Ann Maco Otter and Steve Francetic. He married Norma McKay on March 25, 1950; she predeceased him in 1995. He later married Joyce Horny, she predeceased him in 2010. Frank worked at Parker Dairy, Saginaw News, and retired from GM Steering Gear. He loved to Polka, garden, and spend time with his family.

Surviving are his children: Patty (Craig) Kirkpatrick, Frank "Jim" Jr. (Vickie) Francetic, Jane (Dave) Goda, Kay Coffey, Carol (Dennis) Dubay, Don (Jackie) Francetic; 19 grandchildren, and 30 great- grandchildren.

Frank was preceded in death by: 2 daughters Martha and Janet, and one great- grandchild.

A memorial service will take place on Tuesday May 28, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth. Deacon Larry DeFord will officiate.  According to Frank's wishes, cremation has taken place. Frank's family will receive visitor's from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.  Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Saginaw County Animal Shelter.  Arrangements entrusted to Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth.
