George V. Hunt

Frankenmuth, MI

Passed away Wednesday November 13, 2019 at Frankenmuth-Wellsprings; age 87 years.  George Hunt was born on June 5, 1932 in Millington, MI to the late Clarence and Elizabeth Hunt.   He was married to Alice M. Hunt on May 12, 1956; she survives him.

George was a self-employed milk hauler for 50 years.  He enjoyed bowling, golfing, traveling, flying his plane, playing all games, and spending time with his family and friends.

Surviving besides his wife Alice are: son Brian Hunt; daughter-in-law Donna Hunt; granddaughters Nicole (Doug) Shores and Shelby Hunt; sisters Ruth (Ron) Smith and Mildred (Frank) Torrey and brother Ivan Hunt.

George was preceded in death by: brothers Charles and Gerald, and sisters Celia Sebert and Wilma (Irene).

Memorial services will take place on Friday, November 22, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin Street.  Rev. Ronald Smith will officiate. Cremation has taken place.  George's family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.
