Gerald M. "Jerry" Kaczorowski

Frankenmuth, MI

Passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Ascension St. Mary's; age 97 years. Jerry was born on February 4, 1926 in Detroit, MI to the late Julian and Eva Kaczorowski. He was married to Marie Kamosis on May 25, 1950; she predeceased him on November 27, 2023.

Jerry was employed by Chrysler Corporation as a computer analyst until his retirement. During his retirement he worked for the City of Frankenmuth as a water meter reader and part-time at Schaefer and Bierlein. Jerry was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church.

Surviving are: daughter Denisha (Rodney) Bickel of Frankenmuth, MI; sons Geary (Carolyn) Kaczorowski of Cape Cod, MA, and Craig Kaczorowski of Palm Springs, CA; four grandchildren: Jared (Michelle) Bickel, Aaron Bickel, Adrienne Bickel, and JiaJun Kaczorowski; two great-grandchildren: Gabriella and Sebastian Bickel; and nieces and nephews.

Jerry was preceded in death by his two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral service will take place on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 958 E. Tuscola Rd., Frankenmuth, Michigan.  Fr. Patrick Jankowiak will officiate with burial in Blessed Trinity Cemetery.  Jerry's family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
