Geraldine M. Reinert

Frankenmuth, MI (formerly of Richville, Millington, Montrose, and Sebewaing, MI)

Passed away Thursday, November 7, 2019, at Wellspring Lutheran Services Frankenmuth; age 83 years.  Geraldine Ranke was born on November 14, 1935 in Richville, MI to the late Carl and Erna (Hecht) Ranke.  She was married to Richard Reinert on May 3, 1958 in Richville, Michigan at St. Michael's Lutheran Church. Geraldine was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Woman's Club.

Surviving are: a son Dan (Mai) Reinert; a daughter Judy Reinert; sisters Marge Knoll and Carol Pickell; and a brother Carl Ranke.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her two stepsisters Berneice Kasemeyer and Bernice Reinke.

Memorial service will take place on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin Street.  Rev. Homer Mosley will officiate. Geraldine's family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
