James D. Ahlbrand

Went to his heavenly home Tuesday, June 9, 2026; age 69 years. Jimmy was born on May 1, 1957 in Lancaster, PA to the late A. James and Alice Ahlbrand.

James was a member of St. Lorenz Lutheran Church. He loved the Detroit Tigers, attending church, and weekly bible study. One of James' favorite treats was enjoying Coca-Cola.

Surviving are: three sisters, Anne (Al) Matzelle of Howell, MI, Jane (Paul Krupinski) Brumfield of Grand Rapids, MI, and Gretchen (Joe) LaRocca of Metamora, MI; and many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will take place on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Lorenz Lutheran Church, 1030 W. Tuscola St., Frankenmuth, Michigan. James’ family will receive visitors at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
