Jay A. Reinbold

Bridgeport, MI

Passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 8, 2025 at his home; age 57 years. Jay was born on June 18, 1967 in Saginaw, MI to Nancy Reinbold and the late Eugene Reinbold.

Jay was employed by EDS and was a lifelong farmer. He had a passion for auto racing, winning multiple championships over his 23 year career. He was also inducted with his brother into the Michigan Motorsports Hall of Fame. Jay was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Frankentrost.

Surviving besides his mother Nancy are: daughter Jaylin (Braden) Kessler of Holt, MI; brother Kirk (Julie) Reinbold of Saginaw, MI; niece and nephews Brooke (Max), Travis, and Garrett; also many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

Jay was preceded in death by his father Eugene Reinbold.

Memorial Service will take place on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 8220 Holland Rd., Frankentrost, MI. Rev. Mark Loest will officiate. Cremation has taken place. Jay's family will receive visitors at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin St. Frankenmuth, on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
