Obituary

Jeannine Ann (Nowicki) Jordon of Clio, formerly of Flint, age 92, died Sunday, July 24, 2022 at her residence. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 noon Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 958 E. Tuscola St., Frankenmuth. Father Patrick Jankowiak will officiate. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Blessed Trinity or the charity of one's choice. Visitation will be at 11am, an hour before the Funeral Mass.

Jeannine was born in Saginaw on December 30, 1929, the daughter of Frank and Sadie Nowicki. On July 14, 1951 she married David Jordon at Holy Rosary in Saginaw. She was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. Jeannine enjoyed many summers spent with David, their children and grandchildren in Eagle Harbor, Michigan. They were charter members of the Keweenaw County Historical Society and volunteered at the Eagle Harbor Lighthouse for many years.

She is survived by Mark (Marilyn) Jordon of Knoxville, Tenn.; Patrice (Peter) Zehnder of Clio; Jennifer (Dan) Kildee of Flushing; Stephanie (Rick) Muschiana of Birch Run and Hilda Cabrera Jordon of Bronx, New York; grandchildren Gregory Jordon, David King, Michael and Rachel Zehnder, Ryan, Kenneth and Katy Kildee, Rick, Matthew, Daniel, Jordon, and Alecio Muschiana; great-grandchildren Braden, Casey, Caitlin, Colin, Stellan, Maxwell, Nikko, Dane, Gabriel, Sadie and Christian. She's also survived by sisters-in-law Kathryn and Brenda Nowicki, Ila Ezop and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband David; son Douglas; sisters Barbara Ezop, Rita Ezop and Marlene Ecarius; brothers Francis, Joseph, Michael and Conrad Nowicki; brothers-in-law Kenneth Jordon, Michael Ecarius and Franklin and John Ezop; sister-in-law Jane Jordon; and niece Julie (Nowicki) Horupa.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Gross Assisted Living for the excellent care that our mother received while there.
