Jeffrey "Rat" Bradley

Vassar, MI

Passed away peacefully on April 16, 2025 at Covenant Cooper Medical Center, after a brief and courageous battle with cancer; age 69 years. Jeff was born in Flint, MI on July 10, 1955 to the late Freddie and Dorothy Bradley.  He was married to Janice Farnum on May 19, 1990 at St. Lorenz Lutheran Church; she survives him. Jeff worked at Universal Engineering as a CNC operator and later at Michigan Sugar until his retirement. He was a member of St. Lorenz Lutheran Church, a member of the NRA, the Richville Conservation Club, an avid hunter, fisherman, and motorcyclist with A.I.M. Jeff was an avid walker, walking just shy of 1,800 days in a row most of the time walking 5 miles a day.

Surviving besides his wife Janice are son Ian Bradley of Saginaw; brother Paul "Woody" (Nita) Bradley of Bay City, MI; nephews and niece Matthew (Rachel) Bradley, Jerod (Becca) Bradley, Lauren (Cory) Hargraves, 10 great nieces and nephews, and 2 walking buddies Tom and Victoria.

Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Lorenz Lutheran Church, 1030 W. Tuscola, Frankenmuth, Michigan. Cremation to follow. Jeff's family will receive visitors at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin St. on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
