Karl Jr. Auerbach

Frankenmuth, MI (formerly of Southfield, MI)

Passed away peacefully Wednesday January 8, 2020 at St. Mary's of Michigan; age 87 years. Karl was born on September 20, 1932 in Harsagy, Hungary. He was married to Maria in 1957, she survives him. Karl was employed by GM and resided in Southfield, MI until moving to the Frankenmuth area in 1995. Karl and Maria loved to dance and enjoyed dancing at many different venues.

Surviving besides his wife Maria are: 2 sons Peter (Susan) Auerbach of Frankenmuth, MI, William (Heidi) Auerbach of Frankenmuth, MI; 1 grandson Christopher Auerbach; 1 brother Tony (Pat) Auerbach; 1 sister Irma Wimmer and many nieces and nephews.

Karl was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Steve Auerbach and John Auerbach.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin Street, with burial in Frankenmuth Township Cemetery. Karl's family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
