Kathleen Marie Kennelly

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother went home with her Lord on February 29, 2020, at Cranberry Park of Clio; age 91 years. Kathleen Marie Kennelly was born on November 3, 1928 in Merrill, MI to the late Frank and Grace Keenan. She was married to Bernard Thomas Kennelly on November 25, 1950, he predeceased her on December 16, 2013.

Kathleen wasn't afraid to live, and she wasn't afraid to die. Kathleen lived life on her own terms, taught school to some and life to all and those of us who were blessed to be part of her life are better people because of her. Kathleen died peacefully at home surrounded by her family and all the caring staff members at Cranberry Park.

Surviving are children, Timothy Kennelly and spouse, Susan Kennelly, Sheila Kilbreath and spouse, Rodrick Kilbreath, Terence Kennelly and spouse, Kit Kennelly; grandchildren, Julie  Jacobs and spouse, Joseph Jacobs, Katie Ward and spouse, Gregory Ward, Hollie Rogers and spouse, Jason Rogers, Kristie Howart and spouse, Michael Howart, Corey Kennelly and fiancé Leia Asimacopoulos, Daniel Kennelly, and Molly Kennelly; great grandchildren, Elle Ward, Max Ward, Brennan Jacobs, Emylia Jacobs, Emmett Rogers, Isla Rogers and Averie Howart.

A private memorial will be held at a date to be determined later.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.  Arrangements entrusted to the care of Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth.
