Kathryn N. (McDermitt) Fitch

Frankenmuth, MI

Kathryn passed away after a brief illness on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Ascension St. Mary's; age 76 years. Kathryn was born on April 18, 1946 in Flint, MI to the late Weldon and Bonnie (Davis) McDermitt. She was married to Phil Fitch on October 28, 1995; he survives her. She was employed at GM Buick Motor Division until her retirement. Kathryn belonged to Church of Christ. She loved gardening, quilting, crocheting, embroidery, and throwing celebrations for her family and friends.

Surviving besides her husband Phil are one brother Charles McDermitt of Millington, MI; two step-children, and many closes nieces, nephews,   family and friends.

Kathryn was preceded in death by two brothers Larry McDermitt and Donald McDermitt.

According to Kathryn's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at   Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin Street. Memorial Service to be conducted by Jerry Davis. Kathryn's family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
