Keith Haubenstricker

Keith Norman Haubenstricker was called to his heavenly home by his Savior Jesus Christ on Monday October 11, 2021; age 58. He was born on December 20, 1962; to the late Robert and Shirley (Knoll) Haubenstricker. Keith was passionate about working on the family Dairy Farm. He loved driving tractors and working with the cattle and other animals. Keith also loved woodworking projects. In his later years he liked to go to garage/ estate sales and collecting crosses and Christian pictures to hang on his walls. He had a large collection of taxidermied wildlife he purchased, and displayed prominently in the house. Keith was a lifelong member of St. Lorenz Lutheran Church.

Keith battled numerous health issues his entire life ending with a short but courageous battle with brain cancer.

He is survived by a brother Kenneth (Linda) Haubenstricker and a sister Barbara (Larry) Buckley, nieces Rachel (Aaron) Wright, Monica Buckley, Bethany and Emily Haubenstricker. He also leaves a great-niece Madelyn Wright and great-nephew Elijah Wright. Keith was predeceased by his parents Robert and Shirley Haubenstricker. He also leaves many aunts, uncles, and cousins to cherish his memory.

Funeral services will take place on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 10:15 a.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin St. and 11:00 a.m. at St. Lorenz Lutheran Church. The 11:00 a.m. service will be livestreamed at www.stlorenz.org/stream . Burial will occur between services in St. Lorenz Lutheran Cemetery. Keith's family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the 10:15 a.m. prayer service.
