Lawrence T. Burke "Larry"

Frankenmuth, MI

Passed away peacefully with family by his side Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Select Specialty Hospital; age 88 years.  Lawrence was born on August 5, 1933, in Detroit, MI to the late Hugh and Laura (Menard) Burke. He was married to Ann Pfetzing, she predeceased him on February 11, 1994.

Surviving are daughter Donna Burke and adopted son Danial Burke; grandchildren Amanda "Sissy" (Sam) Bieszk, Annie (Richie) Quick; great-grandchildren Conner Towbridge, Edgeron Fisher, Payton Fisher, Breanna Bieszk, Noah Bieszk, Nevaeh Bieszk, Heartlynn Quick, Irelynd Quick; brother Danial Burke; five step-great grandchildren; two step-great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews

Larry was preceded in death by grandson Nicholas Fisher; brothers and sisters Hugh Burke, Mae (Jim) Staunton, Madge (Bill) Gross, Laura (Charles) Robertson, Eleanor (Jimmy) McAFee, Kathryn (Gill) Gefferon, Donald (Evelyn) Burke, Doris (John) Dutchak, Nancy (Joe) Gennero, and Michael Burke.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 958 E. Tuscola Rd., Frankenmuth, Michigan. Burial will take place at Blessed Trinity Cemetery at a later date. Larry's family will receive visitors at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin St. on Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
