Lenore A. Gottleber

Frankenmuth, MI

Passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at her home; age 96 years.  Lenore Vasold was born on March 19, 1925, in Freeland, MI to the late Theodore and Laura (Maurer) Vasold. She was married to Richard Gottleber on May 3, 1947, in Freeland, MI; he predeceased her on December 23, 2013.

Lenore was employed by Dow Corning until she married Richard, and after which she tended to and cared for their home and family. She was a member of St. Lorenz Lutheran Church. Lenore enjoyed volunteering, she was an active volunteer with the American Red Cross and the St. Mary's Gray Lady organization. She was also a Bishop method sewing instructor.

Surviving are her son Timothy and wife Susan Gottleber of Keller, TX; grandson Richard and wife Jennifer Gottleber; and great grandson Henry Gottleber also of Keller TX.

Besides her husband, Lenore was preceded in death by her daughter Patricia.

A committal service will take place on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Oakwood Mausoleum.  Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the American Red Cross.
