Went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at her home; age 91 years.  Lila Morse was born on April 19, 1928 in Saginaw, MI to the late Richard and Blanche Morse.  She was married to Kenneth Kulow on June 7, 1943, in Angola Indiana. He survives her. Lila was employed by A & P for many years until her retirement. She was a member of St. Lorenz Lutheran Church, its Ladies Aid and Order of the Eastern Star.  Lila was a hard worker and had a loving heart. She enjoyed gardening, her flowers and cooking.

Surviving besides her husband Kenneth of 76 years is a son, Richard (Joanie) Kulow of Frankenmuth, MI, grandchildren; Kevin (Teresa) Kulow of Monument, CO, Mark (Mara) Kulow of Orange County, CA, Bridget (Todd) Smith of Frankenmuth, MI, Tina (Victor) Breinager of Frankenmuth, MI, 9 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Lila was preceded in death by a grandson, Richard Kulow, a sister; Ethell (Norman) Bauer, a brother; Harry (Doris) Morse.

Funeral services will take place on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 10:15 a.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin St. and 11:00 a.m. at St. Lorenz Lutheran Church.  Rev. Mark Brandt will officiate with burial between services in St. Lorenz Lutheran Cemetery.  Lila's family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the prayer service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to I support the 1% Food Pantry for Veterans or St. Lorenz Lutheran Church.
