Lois C. Hoadley

Frankenmuth, MI

Went to be with her Lord on Sunday, January 31st, 2021 at her home; age 85 years.  Lois Haubenstricker was born on December 17 ^th , 1935 in Saginaw, MI to the late Herman and Anna Haubenstricker. She was married to Harold Hoadley in 1994; he predeceased her in 2007. Lois was a Frankenmuth School District bus driver for seventeen years and was later a waitress at Zehnder's of Frankenmuth for nine years. She was a member of St. Lorenz Lutheran Church who listened to services on the radio or TV and would attend Bible classes. Lois also loved to play Euchre and visit with friends and family.

Lois is survived by her two daughters Roxanne Eischer of Frankenmuth, MI and Jill Bradley and Bill Spiekerman of Munger, MI; one brother Eldon (Elfriede) Hauenstricker of Frankenmuth, MI; three brother-in-law Charles Wenzel, Jacob Daenzer, and Ralph Parlberg; a sister-in-law Rena Babbock; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband Harold, Lois was preceded in death by Irene Veitengruber, Ruth Olinger, Jane Daenzer, Shirley Wenzel, Arnold Haubenstricker, and Milton Haubenstricker.

Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin Street. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, seating will be in accordance with the State of Michigan COVID regulations. Pastor Shawn Fenske will officiate. Lois' family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. to 11 A.M.
