LuEtta Idell "Crickett" Stenger

Birch Run, MI

Went to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 3, 2020 at Henry Ford Hospital; age 77 years. LuEtta Idell "Crickett" was born on December 26, 1942 in Kansas City, MO and was raised by the late parents of Ford and Francis Tune.   She was married to Richard Stenger on July 27, 1963; he predeceased her on May 1, 2011. She owned and operated Crickett's Marriage Mansion, and later after her and Richard retired, they traveled and ran the Crickett's Concessions lemonade stand. LuEtta was a member of Community Baptist Church Millington. She loved spending time with her family, especially her Sunday family day dinners.

Surviving are: 3 children Carrie (John Hopkins) Weber of Saginaw, MI, Richard Stenger Jr. of Birch Run, MI, and Connie Severt of Birch Run, MI; 5 grandchildren Matthew (Grace Hasley) Weber, Ashtyn Weber and Fiancé Darryl DeShais, Conner, Garren, and McKenna Severt; 5 great grandchildren Brayden, Ryder, and Korvin Weber, Parker O'Connell-Weber, and Alice Marsh; 3 brothers and 8 sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband Richard, LuEtta was preceded in death by 1 son Michael Ray Stenger; 1 sister and 3 brothers.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions private family services will take place. The funeral will be live streamed on the funeral home Facebook page at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 8, 2020 and available on our website following the service. Rev. Jim Wertz will officiate. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Henry Ford Hospital. Arrangements entrusted to Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth.
