Margaret Albert

Margaret Jane Albert, of Frankenmuth, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Covenant Medical Center at the age of 94 years.  Margaret was born on January 8, 1927 in San Antonio, TX to the late Allen and Elsie (Haveman) Armstrong.  She was married to Leonard Albert on October 31, 1944 in San Antonio, TX; he predeceased her on March 4, 2007.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church of Frankenmuth, Michigan since 1963 and a Clothesline volunteer.  She enjoyed gardening and homemaking and being with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Margaret leaves this world to be with Jesus and her husband, Leonard Albert and three brothers, Wayne, George and Jesse Armstrong

Margaret leaves to cherish her memory one daughter Terra (Jon) Deming of Gaylord, MI, and one son Dick (Joan) Albert of Naperville, IL; grandchildren Nicholas and Douglas Albert, and Amanda (Sean) O'Guinn and Katie Deming, as well as dear friends.

Memorial service will take place Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, 1200 E. Genesee, Frankenmuth, Michigan.  Rev. Patrick Ernst will officiate. Margaret's family will receive visitors at church on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.  Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. John's Lutheran Church.
