Margaret T. Szymanski

Frankenmuth, MI formerly of Troy and Royal Oak

Passed away peacefully with her children by her side on Saturday, March 2, 2019, at Wellspring Lutheran Home; age 89 years.  Margaret was born on March 30, 1929, in Royal Oak, MI to the late John and Emma.   She was married to Emil L. Szymanski, he predeceased her in 2000.  Margaret was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Surviving are her children:  Ruth Kunka of Caro, MI., James Szymanski of Mt. Pleasant MI., Thomas (Mable) Szymanski of Metamora MI., Gary (Sharon) Szymanski of White Lake MI., Ronald (Jeanne) Szymanski of Troy MI., John (Debbie) Szymanski of Goodrich MI., and Amy (Tim) Gallagher of Davisburg MI.  14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband; Emil L. Szymanski and 1 granddaughter.

A Committal Service will be held Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Frankenmuth Township Cemetery, Deacon Larry DeFord will officiate.  According to Margaret's wishes, cremation has taken place. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.  Arrangements entrusted to Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth.
