Mueller, Michael R. "Mike"

Passed away peacefully with family by his side Sunday, December 4, 2022 at his home; age 78 years. Michael was born on May 23, 1944 in Bay City, MI to the late Richard and Elaine Mueller. He was married to Janet VanWormer on June 4, 1966; she survives him.

Michael was employed by Michigan Department of Transportation as an inspector until his retirement. He enjoyed photography, golfing, bowling, and traveling. He was also a past President of the Southwest Michigan Council of Camera Club (SWMCCC).

Surviving besides his wife Janet are brother Thomas Mueller; sister-in-law Karen Mueller; brother-in-law James (Ellen) VanWormer; and many nieces and nephews.

Michael was preceded in death by one brother, Steven Mueller.

Memorial service will take place on Monday, December 12, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin Street. Michael's family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
