Milton J. Rodammer

Frankenmuth, MI

Passed away unexpectedly with family by his side Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at Covenant
Medical Center; age 87 years.  Milton was born on August 14, 1933 in Vassar, MI to the late Otto Sr. and Clara (Hecht) Rodammer.  He was married to Eileen Laux on May 28, 1960; she survives him.  Milton was employed by G. Heilman Brewery until his retirement.  He was a lifelong member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church and active in the Lutheran Laymen's League, liked riding his bike around town and doing crossword puzzles.  Milton was a faithful husband who loved his children and grandchildren.

Surviving besides his wife of 60 years, Eileen, are: daughter Jackie (Brad) Ferguson of Birch Run, son Kurt (Kathy) Rodammer of Vassar MI; two grandsons Collin and Grant Rodammer, several brothers and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

Milton was preceded in death by sisters Edna Rodammer, Irene Trinklein, Lorraine Weiss, and brother Otto Rodammer, Jr.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday October 31, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael's Lutheran Church, 3455 S. Van Buren Road, Richville, Michigan.  Rev. Wesley Gillaspie will officiate with burial in St. Michael's Cemetery.  Milton's family will receive visitors at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin St. on Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
