Myrline Gertrude Kern

Frankenmuth, MI

Myrline G. Kern went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, July 13, 2020, age 85 years. She was born on January 20, 1935 to the late Oswald and Loretta Kern. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Lorenz and later graduated from Arthur Hill High School. She worked at universal engineering as a bookkeeper and later as the comptroller executive secretary. Myrline has many great memories of going on trips, she loved the north country. She enjoyed camping, and boating on Higgins Lake and Tawas. Myrline also enjoyed tending her flower garden, she loved flowers.

Surviving are: her beloved brother Leon Kern and godchild Janet Kay Hecht and special cousin Melvin Hecht.

Memorial Service will take place on Thursday, July 16, 2020, 11:00 a.m. at St. Lorenz Lutheran Church, 1030 W. Tuscola, Frankenmuth, Michigan. Rev. Shawn Fenske will officiate. Myrline's family will receive visitors at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Lorenz Lutheran Church.
