Patricia
Bosco
Nov 1, 1945 — Apr 21, 2024
Patricia Bosco
Frankenmuth, MI; formerly of Bay City, MI
Patricia Ann Bosco, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 21, 2024, surrounded by family and love. She was 78 years young. Her departure comes as a great shock and a deep wound, and it is gravely felt by her entire family and countless others who loved her deeply.
Patricia is survived by her loving husband Butch, daughters Michelle (Jim) Gatza of Frankenmuth, MI, Stephanie (Keith) Miller of Milford, MI; son Matthew (Nicole) Bosco of Frankenmuth, MI; eight grandchildren; Brittany, Bryar, Logan, Hunter, Sofia, Siena, Felix and Benjamin, sisters Cindy (Greg) Brabbs and Janice (Ray) Kussro, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Patti Ann was born on November 1, 1945, in Bay City, MI to the late Benjamin and Esther Norlock. She was a graduate of St. Joe's High School and went on to study at Delta and CMU.
She married the love of her life, Felix "Butch" Bosco on November 21, 1964. Together, they built a beautiful life, raising three children, traveling the world, and hosting countless parties with family and friends on Fifth Street. Everyone was always welcome at Patricia's house. Pat and Butch were members of the Saginaw Bay Yacht Club and were avid boaters, often found cruising on the Patti Ann. They epitomized true love.
Patricia worked at Covenant HealthCare in the admissions department for 25 years. Like all things Patricia did, she crossed every t and dotted every i. Never missing a beat, Pat did everything with great pride, care, love, and of course, attention to detail (and a fresh coat of lipstick).
Patricia was a member of the Blessed Trinity Catholic Church of Frankenmuth. She taught catechism at Blessed Trinity Catholic and St. Joe's Catholic Church and lived a life giving back to others unconditionally. Her rosary was never far away.
Patricia loved to have fun. Most of the time, she was the fun and the brightest light in the room. Whether it was traveling, trips to the casino, holidays, playing a game of euchre, concerts, dancing, birthdays- being together with the people she loved most was her favorite thing. She loved to gamble, never would turn down a bet, and always doubled down on red.
Patricia never hesitated to show kindness, was thoughtful beyond belief, leading with an open and generous heart. It was nearly impossible to leave Pat's home without her giving you a gift. More than anything she had an immense passion for her husband, her family, and God.
Funeral mass for Patricia will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 958 E. Tuscola Rd., Frankenmuth, Michigan. Patricia's family will receive visitors at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin St. on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. and visitation on Friday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
The family deeply appreciates your support during this difficult time and asks that those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the List Preschool Scholarship Fund, in honor of Mrs. Gatza's Mom, c/o Frankenmuth School District.
