Peggy (Werner) Malone

Birch Run, MI

Peggy (Werner) Malone, age 71 passed away on July 7, 2022. She was born in Pigeon, Michigan the daughter of the late Irvine and Elaine (Waigle) Werner. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters Pamela (Bob) Oberski and Angela (Jeremy) Schram; grandchildren: Jacob, Taylor, Makenna, Meghan, Kelsie, and Ben; twin sister Patsy Reiter; brother Larry Werner; sister Bonnie (Eric) Smith; many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas; son Jeffrey; nephew Doug Gordon; nieces Lainey and Abigail Gilliam; brother-in-law Melvin Reiter; sister-in-law Joyce Werner; and special best friend Pamela Dodak, Ditto.

Peggy was a past member of Burt United Methodist Church and a member of the Birch Run Methodist Church.

Memorial service will take place on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin Street.  Rev. Bill Seitz will officiate. Peggy's family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Cremation has taken place and a private interment will follow the service.  Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Class of 1964 Scholarship Foundation (Birch Run), Toni and Trish House, CARE of Birch Run/Taymouth Township, National Kidney Foundation of Michigan, or the American Cancer Society for Pancreatic Research.
