Phyllis Kindinger

Frankenmuth, MI

Passed away Friday, August 14, 2020 at Wellspring Lutheran Home; age 97 years. Phyllis Kindinger was born in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of Philip and Mabel (Lewis) Kindinger.   The family later moved to Cleveland, OH and then to Adrian, MI. Phyllis graduated from Adrian High School, obtained a B.A. from Adrian College, and went on to earn a M.A. from the University of Michigan. She taught school for the Bay City Public School System for thirty years.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, four older brothers, two younger sisters, one at birth and the other in early childhood. She is survived by two younger brothers, Richard (Dorothy) Kindinger of Shelby Township, MI and David (Charlotte) Kindinger of Adrian, MI, twelve nephews, two nieces, one adopted niece, and several great-nieces and nephews.
