Raymond L. Daenzer

Frankenmuth, MI

Went to be with the Lord Monday, November 11, 2019; age 93 years.  Raymond was born on March 8, 1926 in Frankenmuth, MI to the late Christian and Pauline (Trump) Daenzer. He was married to Helen Zoellner on October 9, 1948 at St. John Lutheran Church-Amelith, she survives him. Ray was a lifelong farmer and he was also employed by Fischer Flack until his retirement.  He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Ray enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening, wine making and in his younger years he played multiple musical instruments.

Surviving besides his wife Helen are 2 daughters Sharon (Michael) LaBissoniere of Saginaw MI, Diane Barz of Saginaw MI; 2 grandchildren Troy Barz and Cody Barz; 2 great grandchildren Aeron, Rhyan Barz.

Raymond was preceded in death by 4 brothers Erwin, Arthur, Elmer, and Norman Daenzer.

Funeral services will take place on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 8220 Holland Rd., Frankentrost, MI. Rev. Mark Loest and Rev. Dan Wojtowicz will officiate with burial in St. John's Cemetery, Frankentrost. Raymond's family will receive visitors at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin St. on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Monday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
