Robertine J. Green

Tuscola, MI

Went to join her family Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Cartwright Care Center; age 94 years.  Robertine Thompson was born on June 2, 1923 in Flint, MI to the late Robert and Ethel Thompson. She was married to Arthur B. Green; he predeceased her in 1959. Robertine was a member of the REBEKAH, a leader of 4-H, the Girls Scouts and Cub Scouts.

Surviving are her 3 children; Judy (Melvin) Willis of Millington, MI, Gary Green of Livonia, MI, Cheryl (Ronald) Kanyok of Vassar, MI; daughter-in-law, Linda Green "Woodruff", 5 grandchildren; Matthew Kanyok, Jennifer Skalsky, Jonathan Green, Whitney Minarik and Tanya Murphy, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Robertine was predeceased by sons Roger Green, Timothy Green and David Green.

Funeral services will take place on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin Street. Robertine's family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Wednesday 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place following services at Tuscola Township Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Sandra Kahn Cartwright Hospice.
