Ronald Duane Ittner passed away peacefully at his home with family at his side on Thursday, September 29, 2022. He was 86 years old. Ron was born August 6, 1936 to the late Leon and Hanna (Behrens) Ittner. Ron married Shirley (Bierlein) on May 4, 1957, who predeceased him along with his parents and older brothers.

Ron was President of Northern Industrial Supply for 28 years, and part owner of Lyle Industries, Riscorp, Iron-Man Air, Reynolds Machine and Central Automated Machine.  He was a 20-year member of the Saginaw Rotary Club, a beekeeper for over 10 years, a private pilot, and enjoyed several other hobbies and activities.

On January 30, 2020 Ron was blessed by meeting Dorothy Nuechterlein, a special companion throughout the remainder of his life.

Ron was preceded in death by his son Scott Ittner and survived by his daughter Lynn Klammer of Frankenmuth; grandchildren Steven (Stephanie) Ittner of Frankenmuth, Sheila (Josh) Koeppendoerfer of Tennesee, Shaun (Laura Tomazic) Ittner of Detroit, Matthew Klammer (Washington), Leahana Klammer (Frankenmuth), Sarah Klammer (Lansing) and Rachel Klammer (Oklahoma).  Great-grandchildren are Brendan and Melodie Ittner, Maddalyn Muehlfeld, and Jack and Lily Koeppendoerfer.
