William "Bill" Teckentien Jr.

Saginaw, MI

Passed away peacefully Monday, September 3, 2018 at Brian's House in Essexville, MI; age 67 years.  Bill was born on June 23, 1951 in Saginaw, MI to the late William Sr. and Veronica Teckentien.   He was married to Jane on July 24, 1971 in Saginaw; she survives him. Bill began his trucking career at Bruce Cartage. He was later employed by Menlo Worldwide Logistics before retiring on January 3, 2016.

Surviving besides his wife, Jane, are: 1 son, William Teckentien III of Saginaw, MI and 1 daughter, Veronica Jane Teckentien of Seneca, SC.

A memorial service will take place on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, 6065 King Rd, Bridgeport, MI 48722.  Rev. Rheanna Goodrich will officiate. Bill's family will receive visitors at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. According to Bill's wishes, cremation has taken place   Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Bridgeport or to Brian's House in Essexville, MI.  Arrangements entrusted to Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth.
